FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is it really £25 once?

Yes. One payment of £25 and the card is yours. No subscription, no renewal, nothing to cancel.

Will I actually save more than £25?

Plenty of deals can save you more than £25 on their own. The hotels alone can save you £100s. We've found stays £40 cheaper than Booking.com on a couple of nights, and one room dropped from £129 to £89 a night. Joining a group trip? That's up to £150 off with WeRoad, or £100 off a Tru Travels adventure. 10% off hostels is £30 to £50 on a month of beds. Even the money back on your flights builds up when you book through Kiwi.com or Skyscanner, with £20 to £30 back on a long haul flight.

How are the hotels so much cheaper?

Hotels sell rooms to travel companies at wholesale prices, well below what the public pays. Booking sites then add their own margin before you see a price. We give you access to over 2 million hotels at wholesale rates, which can be cheaper than some big booking sites, booked on our members' hotel site.

Which brands are on it?

25+ travel brands. Scroll back to the top of the page to see them all.

Does it work outside the UK?

Yes. The card works wherever you live and wherever you're travelling. A few deals are limited to certain countries, and when one is, it says so on the deal.

How do I use it?

Add the card to your Apple or Google Wallet. Before you book, tap it to open your hub, pick the brand and book as normal. Some deals give you a code, some apply the discount for you, and some pay you money back.

How does money back work?

Book through a money back deal and the brand pays us a commission. We give you all of it. Once it's released, withdraw it to your PayPal when you have £10 or more.

Can I use the codes more than once?

Yes. Every time you book, grab a new code from your hub and use it. With Hostelworld you get a member discount on every hostel, so moving around Asia or Europe for a month you could save £30 to £50 on beds alone. Mad Monkey takes 20% off every stay, and a couple of weeks of backpacking can easily save you £40+. Every stay you book adds to it.

Do I pay more by booking through the card?

No. Same site, same prices, same booking. You just get a discount or money back on top.

Is this a bank card?

No. It's a travel discount card, not a bank, credit or debit card. You never pay with it. It only lives in your Apple or Google Wallet so your deals are one tap away whenever you need them.
